Base Map: 176whp
Previous Map: 221whp.

45whp with the IM and Stage 1. I got the PE and PI, but I dont think they give more the 5whp altogether. So yeah, the 40whp gain over those two mods is pretty accurate.

With stage 2, it would be even higher.

So with 3 stage mani and JUST the off the shelf stage 1 tune, you got 45 whp? This was not a custom tune or anything else going on?

You 325 owners will end up with a tuned 330 when you add a 3 stage manifold

A stock 325 dyno'd 185 and I dyno'd 203 on AA (back to back dynos). Your gains are insane!

I would be curious to know more about that dyno since I dynoed almost 10whp lower with a low milleage 6MT.

Any update on the stage 2 for the 328i without 3M? I think there is a bigger market for it if the stage 2 can add more than just the usual 10 to 15 hp.

It was a mobile Dyno Dynamics. I can't remember any other numbers for other cars to benchmark though

EDIT: actually, other 330's have gotten 220whp and 210whp. Both with the same tune and Magnaflow exhaust, but on different days.

So like I was trying to say 45 with the manifold AND the tune. All I was saying is that bolting on the manifold on a stock untunned car is not going to give you a 40whp increase.

no the manifold by itself gets you about 8-10hp and 12-14 ft lbs of torque (20+ ft/lbs at lower rpms).

my baseline dyno (stock) vs manfold + stage1 tune was +38hp and +40 ft lbs of torque. Just shows how under-tuned the 325i is from the factory. Though not absolutely required, the 3 stage manifold gets you a nicer torque curve than the standard manifold

Sweet, now to find a 330i manifold. Wonder what this will do for emissions testing.

I used to own Honda Accord 4cyl. engine with 2 stage VTEC engine. It had two peaks of torque with some dip between them - similar to ones shown in your just manifold dyno. I remember that as very annoying feature. I felt that dip every time I accelerated and sold the car pretty soon thanks to this dip and a couple of other things.

Does the eurocharged tune incorporate valve lift like AA?

The dip is due to the stock software not being optimized for the manifold. The dip is much much better once you get the tune. I've had a few hondas and an integra with dohc vtec engines, some with the dual stage manifolds, and the only time I ever had a dip was when the vtec point was set too low. Never had an accord though.
