Poll: What size are your summer wheels?

MODS: Please don't move this thread to wheels and tires section.

Hi,

I know I've asked for opinions on 18" and 19"s in the wheels and tires section, but I wanted to post this here just cause more people tend to view this section.

Basically, I want to see how many people go with 19" wheels (or higher) because a lot tend to say that 19" have a lot of disadvantages besides looking the best - at least compared to 18" and below.

Please do leave a comment if you went with one size but have regrets now and would rather change the size.

Thanks,

Winter & Summer = same size. We don't have a need for "winter" tires in this part of the country, although up in the Texas "panhandle" they might, but only for a few weeks.

Kept the staggered stock 19's with the summer tires and bought Bremmer BS03 19x8's all around for the Blizzaks.

We're all driving e90s - there's enough of those votes to go around. I'll count my 2001 e38 M sport sitting on 18in M Parallels.

Not my actual phyical car, but identical:

19"

If you are running 17"s and you spend money to upgrade, the 18"s are still going to look too small. I had 17" RFT on my car stock. 19" and regular tires and I can't complain at all about the ride quality.

Don't wanna thread jack, I have a thread in the private/ for sale section in wheels. They are BMW OEM, not reps- hence the price. You can check my statistics and click on threads started. Thanks for your interest!

Curious as to why you would use DWS in Texas? Why not Summer tires?

I've been wanting 19s. Does the height on the xDrive make 19s look silly?? (I don't Want to lower it, as I need my clearance in winter.)

for summers, you want light weight, but with a wider wheel width.
