I need to relocate my head unit to the trunk. I have been searching for a place to put it in the trunk and believe that if i could remove the logic7 amp since i a not using it anymore, it would fit there and stay out of sight, and out of the way.

If i remove the amp out of the car, will there be any repercussions from doing so, and if so how would i go about doing it?

If you remove the OEM amp then relocating the OEM HU to the trunk become useless: the Logic7 OEM amp provides all the audio and the chimes, not the OEM HU.

I am putting a dynavin in and have purchased 2 amps that I am going to run instead of the logic7 amp. So I will not be using it for audio anymore.

So why are you relocating the radio if you are gutting the system out?

Relocating HU to keep chimes and be able to receive updates....also keep assist warning from being on my dash.

Again, without the OEM amp you will not get chimes or updates.
