Hey mate,

I bought my LCI paddles already modified to suit the DCT. All I had to do was change the location of the middle pin on each connector.

I believe from memory a wire needs to be soldered onto the circuit board of each paddle to make it work on non LCI cars. This information is on this forum, you'll have to search for it as I do not remember where I read it now.

Also if you want to buy the paddles already modified like me visit ebay and lookup the seller "nexonmotors" they are based in Turkey and will be able to sell you a set.

Thanks.

They ruined my rear windscreen (cut demister bars) and the headlining (nicks made by knife I think). They denied doing it, on a 4 day old brand new car! In the end I had to claim a new rear windscreen and headlining through my insurance company.

The only solution to the dot matrix problem is to not tint over it. This is what BMW do. There are products out there that claim to help but don't really work. I will be getting my car back next week and plan to do that.

All the tinting companies use a special film on the rear window so as not to impact the antennas etc.
May I ask ht is the dot matrix please?

And, I thought the antennas is hiden on the shark fin flag on roof?

Hi, so, all 335i post oct 2008 are DCT? Is it still using the old gear selector? Or the new DCT ones?
Hardly find one with 2008 7 speed (DCT) on the market now.

Pretty much all cars advertised as 08s are non DCT and all 09s are DCT and yes they have the nicer DCT shifter
