Drilling is over rated and provides no added cooling. True story.

Blurple! Just leave them stock unless you get a BBK. As for drilled.....they can crack and the rust looks bad imo. They used to drill back in the day to release trapped gases which older abstesos brake pads created. Since mondern brake pads no longer use abstesos, it's not necessary (especially for daily driving). The expensive BBS drilled rotors are actually cast that way, not drilled afterwards which weakens the rotors. As for slotted, they do provide a positive effect. The slots can carve away pad build-up, creating a smoother brake pad surface.

Get a GB going... For cosmetics, I like the drilled rotor. I really like the Rotora metallic blue, but for SG I think the lambo green would really pop.

"Get[ing] them drilled" will compromise the rotor. Definitely not recommended.

Drilled, in general, will always be weaker than blank/slotted unless they are initially cast or hardened after the fact.

Sorry guys I think my post was misunderstood. I am getting a big brake kit and trying to figure out what color caliper to buy, I am not going to get my stock calipers painted..I think that's pretty cheesy looking.

Red makes you look like a ricer.

Go with something subtle. Personally I'd do black.

I agree....right now my car is grey and black....tinted windows, grey everywhere, front grill, rear diffuser, exhaust tips black, so black calipers would look awesome behind the 313's....the 313's have a lot of room so you can see the calipers easy....the front calipers are a nice size but have an ugly cement color.

I think red calipers would look great with space grey.

Silver. Gloss black would look good too, matching your grilles + window trim.

Gold, but not too yellow, closer to a silver.
