Auto to Manual SWAP?
Is this possible to just swap out the auto with a manual? I was considering it since the manual can handle more power.....but i wouldnt be doing this for at least another 2 yrs if i do it at all. I was curious if you would have to modify anything?

With enough $$$ anything is possible. However it'll be far, far easier and cheaper to just sell it and buy a manual.

Dont bother.
With the money to sawp to a manual and then swap to a stronger clutch. Rebuild your auto tranny. Your gonna need high 4xxrwhp to break the auto tranny |

Not sure that you can overpower your auto transmission. My guess is to do it would be a pretty big hassle and likely surpass the cost of selling your car and getting a manual transmission car.

It's commonly done in the E36 ( and probably E30) and I've also seen it done in the E46. I did it in my E36 and it's a pretty simple project - everything just bolts right in. The hardest part in the E90 I'm sure will be the electrical. Not having a bunch of warning lights on. In the E36 you just remove the transmission warning and CEL cluster bulbs and you'd never know it wasn't a stock install. That won't be possible in the E90.
