Aero Lip Installed Today! - BMW 3-Series (E90 E92) Forum

Finally I have a chance to post some pics. Got the lip from Tischer and paint at Zamora. Install took about half an hour. Everything was very straight forward. I used 3M auto trim tape to have that lip secure into the bumper. Hint: spray some windex on to the tape before you put the lip against the bumper. That way, you have a chance to adjust the fitment before they are bonded to each other. That's it for now.

Looks great congrats.....i got mines from tischer too 285+150 and installed it myself, doesnt it feel good knowing you did the labor GREAT JOB!!! hope to see you around MD!!!

this might be a noob question but do they make that lip for an e90 325i???
where can i buy it from??

No OEM lip for the E90/91, but they have OEM CF splitters...

Hartge makes one that looks like that for the E90. You can find a replica of the Hartge one if you look around.

I have one but it is not on my car yet. Waiting for my car to get here.

This technique is basically letting you to have enough time to "move" around the lip before the tape is bond onto the bumper. Just put a little windex and it will dry out and the tape would be still as strong. Hope this helps.

No OEM lip for the E90/91, but they have OEM CF splitters...
