didn't have that line b4 i activated BMW assist....now it says unknown....rite above the VIN#

i think you call them. or just press the SOS button and give it to them. but i have been wondering the same thing.

heheh sweet I've always wanted to push the SOS button. It makes me feel like I am firing a missile or something. =) But then at the same time you feel like you would be prank calling 9-1-1. This gives me a good reason to do it.

i phoned roadside assitance about it...they told me to call customer relations....and the guy there told me he has no clue
