Crazy Plan.

I've been tossing this plan around for a while i think it would be hilarious. I've been thinking about Installing a Small Paintball Gun Behind the kidney grills and having a button inside the cabin to pull the trigger and add a front camera to the top of the kidney grill so i can see what the nozzle is looking at Very 007ish lol My Question to You's is how would u make it work?

Good luck fitting it in there and stopping the paintballs from melting enough that they misfire.

This is a dumb idea.

But to answer your question, my paintball gun uses a microswitch to trigger the gun. Assuming you are going to use an electric gun, program a microprocessor to send a 5v or 3.3v signal to the pin the microswitch is attached to. (You will need to measure the voltage with a multimeter) You can have a button wired in your cabin. You can have an IR sensor detect range and have the gun fire if a value is reached. Possibilities are endless.

Search arduino. It's an open source microprocessor and the code is very easy to learn.

hilarious until:

1. you get caught and arrested
2. you accidentally hit the wrong person and get shot back by a real gun.

Congratulations you're an idiot. Some ideas are better left as an idea, this would be one of those.

Only the herbal influence can make someone think of this idea as a possibility.

If you're gonna get a remote mounted gun in your BMW...let's go big here

iDrive based control through the sunroof? I think so.
