Typical.

They just took the easy option, took 'rattle' to mean wastegate rattle, put a soft fix on (which is a fudge not a fix anyway) and let you go.

Thinking back, not sure whether the derogatory 'knob' needs a 'k'?

Maybe 'Nob' is more correct?

They're still (k)nobs though.

I've always used Knob rather than nob. Nob is the sign of a poor education.

But for avoidance of doubt, I was also using Knob in a derogatory manner!

Typical sub standard, lazy, uninterested & half arsed main dealer approach. Not just annoying on the front the fault is clearly still present but the inconvenience of having to go though the whole process again.

'Knobs' is too kind, bunch of c@nts!!
