coding error, expert please help
hi all expert, my friend is trying to code my 09/06 build date e90, and my car is equipped with FRM, and we were successfully disable the nav disclaimer. but when we were trying to code the corner delete, fog error and folding mirror, it keeps saying there's error. do you guys know what is the problem?
he tried different version files and none of them work. when he was trying to "execute" it just keeps giving error and would not code the car. thank you for all the help!

Probably going need more details than 'there was an error'. You'll need to go into the error as per the sticky and post the results i'd guess.

You are most likely mis-spelling "nicht" or "aktiv".
After the error pops up go to "View" then Error Log. What's it say?

From what I've found, the FRM module will have issues if you are running newer daten files on the older edibas.
If you google BMW coding . com, they have the v46 files, as well as teh BMW standard tools v2.1. Get both, and it should fix your issue (assuming Grant's solution about it being spelt wrong doesn't apply). |
