Warranty Issue

I have my 335i about 10497 miles on my car. First the plastic part on the side of the seat falling apart 3 time already.. It located on the bottom of your left side of the seat. Where the the electronic adjuster moving back n forward. I believe it that plastic cover.. *black One).. First i bought it in to dealership to replace that part cause it is broken.. 2nd time i bought it in to put in back in the seat cause it pop right out. 3rd. it pop out again. this time some other part came off as well.. I believe there is a lemon law apply to this car.. anyone have any idea.. if i can use it.. does anyone own 335i sedan have that kinda problem or any other 07 brand new car... im gettin frustrated. my production date was 10/06.

umm... i don't think lemon law applies to a seat cover popping out. it does entitle you to a new driver seat though!!

+1..lemon law only applies either to the safety or driveability of the vehicle...the seat should be replaced for sure 100%

wait, wait

are you kidding me? lemoning the car because of that little piece of cover?

People having fuel pump and oil cooler issues have a way better chance than you in lemoning their car
