Thud over bumps from front end! Any ideas?!

My e92 has H&R coilovers and I'm dropped pretty low. Haven't had any problems. But for the last two days I've been hearing this like thud/loose noise/feeling over bumps. Never had a problem before. I have 42k miles now i wouldn't think the bushings or control arms are going bad or whatever. I've never been to keen on suspensions anyways lol. Any suggestions or ideas?
