Bilstein Sport vs HD vs Koni Sport Shocks

I have a 2007 328i sedan with stock Sport Package suspension, and 104K miles. I'm ready to upgrade, nothing super stiff, no lowering, just one level up let's say. No tracking or autocross, it's still my daily driver.

I'd appreciate any opinions on Bilstein Sport vs Bilstein HD vs Koni Sport. I would lean more towards the smoother ride among these three choices.

Thanks!

Lot's of reading here on those dampers going back 8 years. Bilstein Sport are for lowering springs; HD's for oe springs. Smoother ride? Koni Sport imo. 2/3 turn from soft for the rear shocks; 1-1.25 turn from soft for the front struts with oe sport springs

I would go with Koni's but they more expensive.

Thanks for the quick responses everyone. Looks like 3 Koni recommendations vs 1 Bilstein. I know there's years worth of threads on shocks/springs etc. but my situation is fairly simple and straightforward. Happy Driving!
