Cool My 2007 E90 330d with a JDM twist

Hi guys,

Its been a while since I parted with my beloved Evo 9 MR 360 mapped to 400/400 so I thought I better show you what I have now

Well, here is the 9's replacement, its a Nov 2007 57 plate Le Mans blue BMW E90 330d M Sport with a manual gear box, xenons, alacantra interior and no iDrive.

I have always had a love for these cars since getting my Class 1 pass on the Police Advanced course so I knew how good the cars are and how they can be driven, in many ways I think this car is as quick as an Evo in the right hands, especially over bumpy ground.
If you have never driven one of these, do, you will be surprised at how well they corner, and go!

This particular car was owned by a rep who did 50k in it, it has a FBMWSH and this guy really looked after it! The paint bar a little scrape on the front O/S corner and a few stone chips is immaculate, the interior too!

In my second day of ownership I took the car to Dave at R Spec Performance in Bicester, Dave worked his magic and remapped the car for me as I found it down on power with all the grunt being over very quickly.

It started life as totally standard with no carbon and MV3 wheels.

And after I added the following:

R-Spec Performance remap to about 300 bhp/480 ftlbs
Parrot bluetooth handsfree
Hardwired TomTom Go Live 1005
Black M Sport mats
AC Shnitzer rear spoiler
JDM only Hartge front splitter
Carbon fibre kidney grills
New staggered BMW Motorsport wheels from BBS (hence the BBS decals as per the BTCC cars)
Michelin Pilot Sport runflats

This is after I washed twice, clayed, Autosmart Tardis, machine polished the car with Meguiars 105 compound followed by 205 polish. Sealed with Auto Glym gloss paint protector and finished with 2 layers of Dodo Juice Purple Haze Pro wax. It sat for a night so there is a little dust on the car

Let me know what you think but to be honest, given it my first non JDM car I don't think its too bad for a Noob

Loved the car. Unique in many ways.
LED halo rings will look much better on it.
Front Splitter is awsome, would love to have on mine too

Nice car. I find the opposite though mate. Think they are quite poor over bumpy ground especially with run flats. Very skittish.
