Finally Vinyl'd E93 Trim - **UPDATE Page 3**

This thread is several years old now, **Updated pics and exhaust vids on Page 3**

Mods -

AGM359 wheels Matte Black (Semi Gloss in real life) 19x9 ET35 and 19x10 ET38
Falken FK453 Tires 235 F/265 R
OEM Aero Lip
M3 Side Skirts (JGMODS)
Mtech Rear (JGMODS)
Duke Dynamics CF Performance Diffuser
LCI Tails
LUX V3 Angels
Cyba 4.0 Black Chrome Tips
Dual Exhaust Conversion with Muffler Delete
M3 Lip Spoiler (JBSPEED)
35% Window Tint
Matte Black Vinyl Window Trim
Tinted Sidemarkers
M3 Edition Black Chrome Kidney Grille

I know I'm forgetting some things. Future mods might be M3 mirrors, CF side skirt splitters, and some type of new front bumper w/ splitter.

---Original Post Below---

Finally had the chance to vinyl the trim the other day and took some iphone pictures.

It looks amazing in person and totally changes the cars presence imo. Ive been staring at it a lot more lately lol. There's two strips that I'd like to redo at some point because the x-acto wasn't as sharp as it probably needed to be and trimming exposed bits of silver in small spots on a couple.

The pictures aren't great as I left my camera at school and took them in bad lighting in the driveway. iphone shots for now.

Here it is with the wheels freshly on

After a wash

And as of now

(my faovrite angle of the car)

I don't think it "needs" anything else right now

I'd love to add the aero lip, m3 sids, performance rear and some type of OSS headlight but those are just wants that aren't likely in the near future. Definitely won't drop as the sport suspension is nice enough imo and don't want to sacrifice any more clearance, especially if a lip is added.

***UPDATE*** 1/19/13

Since the thread was bumped I decided to toss up a new pic. Since the Vinyl Trim I have added OEM Aero Lip, Lux V3, M3 Spoiler, 35% Tint, and smoked sidemarkers.

Next up is M-sport rear and IS diff, followed by Euro LCI tails.

Thanks guys!

What drop would you recommend? I'd want to go conservative if I end up doing it, and I think I've seen some nice stances on verts with eibachs.

Looks great. I'd recommend Supreme Power spring perches for the front with Eibach springs all round, it won't break the bank and the ride will be near the same as stock .

I was thinking of doing the same to my E93 but in gloss black.. I hate how our windows dont have that slight blue tint like the E92s.

I'm not positive on the specs..

But they are the avant garde reps M359. Alan at ********** was great and wrapped them in some conti DWS tires.

Yeah I hate how clear you can see into the car, likely will tint them at some point. I was wanting to do gloss at first, but heard matte is easier to use (by showing bubbles less) and plus, the trim around the mirrors is matte and it matches them perfectly. Can't go wrong either way, both are better than silver.
