Smile Newbie help please

I am about to lease a 2011 328 xdrive, i am new to this...I am not getting navigation, does that mean I cannot code? Also, with a lease, should I not attempt to code?

Apologies for having rookie questions

You don't need navi to code. You need a cable, a PC, and some basic knowledge

No, the lease should not be a problem. Everything can be undone and it is simple to reset modules back to factory. So just do that when your lease is up.
