I'm gonna have to try some of these recipes. I usually just mix random fruits and vegetables.

Well having a juice once a day won't help you lose weight. It will also be dependant on what you eat throughout the rest of the day. The juice will actually make you feel hungry and possibly

469$ that's a lot. spend 400$ on Vita Mix and that's it. Not spending any more money on more juicer etc. :-(

Is juicing as good as making a smoothie? With a smoothie, you drink everything. With a juicer, a lot of stuff is spat out by the machine. I have both a Vitamix and a juicer, just wondering.
