What is the discount on the car? May help your sale if you post it. (or is the car going into the lease at MSRP)

the purchase price is cheaper then msrp. I am calling my sales person today to get the purchase price. I believe I am only $700 over invoice.

I just got off the phone with the sales person and my car is going into production next week and will take 6 weeks to get this car in your hands. Since it is not into production the car can be built with any color and any options you would like to fit your needs. So basically I am selling my spot to someone who wants a 335i and wants to be in production next week instead of waiting a couple of months for next production. please call me a.s.a.p. 917-753-1675 thank you

Have you told the dealership yet you don't want the car?

I told the dealership I am prob not picking up the car but I will let them know the end of the week. They said I can have someone else fill in the spot and go into production next week and they can build the car to however they would like. If you went to the dealership now you would wait a couple of months but if you take my spot the car would be in your driveway 4-6 weeks.

you are "selling" your spot? What exactly do you imply by the term selling..you mean you are forgoing your agreement.
Thanks, but no thanks...already got one since last dec...

Whoever wants the slot should simply call the dealership and request it.

Done and Done.

why would you even reply with that comment if you have the car and are absolutely not interested???

On the other note -- $10k down for the lease is crazy in my opinion.

^^^^Forget about the numbers on the lease. at this point i am just selling my spot for production next week. I can go to the dealership with you. Like I said earlier you can build your car however you like it with what ever options you like and you can negotiate what ever price you would like. If a person went to the dealership rite now for a 335 it would take them a couple of months to have the car in there hands with my spot the car will be in your driveway in 4-6 weeks with any color and any options you like. thank you

My name is still on the spot and therefor the dealership wont just give some random person calling a spot for production next week and kick some one that has been waiting out of the order bin.

I thought your order was at Life Quality BMW? The practices you are referencing above sounds like Fantasy Land BMW...

were you planning on giving up this allocation to someone, or sell it to someone? (make a profit)
