Yes, you can certainly install these at home.

No, no press is needed, the bushings are part of the control arms.

There should be. However, we always recommend professional installation and alignment.

The M3 arms improves steering response and feel, as well as making handling much more predictable. Not to mentioin the added negative camber from installing the lower wishbones.

Does that happen in tandem? I'm asking what do the tension links do? What do the lower wishbone links do? I've read the wishbones increase steering input effort at show speeds. Anything else? Any adverse effects when running 19" wheels?

How much did the steering effort increase? How was it measured?

Wishbones will give you more negative camber and less camber change overall from the bearing end instead of the rubber bushing. This will result in better feedback and steering response as well.

Tension links will keep your caster settings in check and add further feedback to the driver and better steering response. Not to mention the increased stability under braking.

19" wheels are fine.

All oem BMW on the M3 parts.

You may find 135 335 replacements with Meyle, Febi or Lemforder. Some are HD replacements and some aren't. The HD is a good alternative to the M3 version if you don't want to spend the money.

as much camber as you can get front

Couple questions. Dont really know a lot about suspension stuff, so forgive my questions if they are not applicable.
1. So would this kit improve handling?
2. Is there a benefit to adding a sway bar kit with this set up?
3. I would like to do coilovers eventually for ride height.
Basically want a car that feels like it's on rails. But also would like it to be tolerable as a daily driver.
