My personal fav location is any primary school carpark or oval between the hours of 9am-3pm. If you are lucky and get there around lunch time, you can save your self the effort of having to bring your own cones/ witches hats......

Chatswoo has some carparks with hectic column/barrier free rooftop parking where your cars limits can be explored. My torque monster lights it up on da rooftop every night of the week, i am da 16 time rooftop drift champion. YALLAH! Sandip! Bring it on papadam!

Rooftop driftzors ftw!

In terms of the OP, industrial areas at night are pretty good. But why would you want to do burnouts? They're such a waste.
