I feel the 535 will have decent PRocede demand. Once the word gets out. The demographic you desribe are the guys who want more speed. They bust their butts to keep the homestead square. Go out in the sedan and blaze. I am an adult mid age business man and I would do it as soon as I got home. Mature, I don't know if I fit there.

Guys,

Procede V 2.0 will offer a 100+ whp gain at 1300 USD price (more or less).
In my opinion it is one of the best value for money upgarde you can get and will have high demand, even from 5 series owners.

Hey who are you calling mature...

I likely chip my 535i, but maybe after 6mo or a year; just to get a feel on how robust this engine is. I am buying so plan to keep it for long time, hope i am not going to regret this.

Chipping is my biggest reason for getting 535i over 550i.

Anybody know if the engine need to be dropped to replace the turbos? ala B5 S4 back then?

Can you get the M-sport package on the 535 in the fall (2008)? Or is that option limited to the 550?

all would love to blow money on their cars and already have.

no THANK GOD!!!

S4's are a pain in the ass and you have to be a true wrencher to own that car. Turbos blow a lot on them and you have to drop the whole motor. On the 335 and 535 you really just need a lift, or jackin the car up high enough would work.

there is a thread in this forum of a guy who removed his turbos from the 535.

Its actualy pretty easy, just maybe a bit time consuming.

3 E60 M5's. One black with Asanti wheels and supersprint Exhaust... One Grey with 20 inch HRE and exhaust, and one BLUE with powder coated black stock wheels and exhaust.

A 550 that is black with 20inch Asantis. Another black 5 series with some ugly wheels on it lowered.

The parking lot at my work is like a mini car show.... and all owned by young people.

On a good day when the Owner of the company is here, you get to see his cars... He has every Ferrari in their fleet, a phantom, bugatti...etc. every supercar you can think of.

he has 2 enzos one black and one red.... and he was the first person on the west coast to get the new Ferrari 599. I get so jelous... he actually gets them delivered to work.... so we will be sitting at our desk and up comes a truck unloading the sickest cars you have ever seen!

and No I am not joking at all.

Sport Package is a 550 only option for 2008, but I'm sure the body kit and wheels will not be hard to get in a few months.
