What Windows version 64 bit are you running? Professional or Ultimate? If you have home edition you cannot make it work.
If you have Professional or Ultimate, you can download for free at Microsoft Windows Xpmode....Basically allow you to have a virtual PC running 32bits. Home editions OS, Microsoft does not offer XPmode to download...There are way of getting around this but like I said its pretty hard to get it going especially you need to change the OEMbios entries which I am not going to get into.....Once in XPmode you can use all the 32 bit software.

If you have home editions...you can have XPmode by following these two guides..First is to get it loaded, the second is to keep it activated permanently! Its not easy but I have done it to my nieces computer...Difficult but if you follow the directions step by step its quite doable!



Once you get it Xpmode loaded onto your laptop, you need to change the OEMbios in order to get rid of the activation time which will expire within 30 days. When it does all that you have loaded onto the Xpmode will be gone because you can no longer access the XPmode function..To register a working copy you need to do this to your computer...Follow it step by step and download what is required..These two links can get you started...Print them both out and follow instructions...

Here is the coding tool that everyone should be using to code with NCS...Its such a helpful tool!

IF you download it and it says its missing a file, goto this link and download the file and follow the directions on how to get it working..Very simple!

Either way let me know by 12pm..did you get the Xpmode sorted out with the OEMbios change? If not, installing the programs into the computer will leave you with nothing after the 30 day trial of the xpmode because you will be locked out!

From what I understand, if you code CIC DVD in motion and recode over it, you lose the feature. I wouldn't know since I haven't coded anything since I got that feature enabled. I need to get that damn speedo correction coded out though. calculating actual speed in my head when the speedo shows another thing gets annoying ... when my speedo shows 80 mph I know I'm actually going 76 lol.
