WTF happened?

I almost got hit (in all places Markham surprise surprise) by my driver size headlight last week.
Yellow dodge something started moving over to my lane as I was going my normal pace on slower lane. Don't people check their mirrors and blindspot before crossing over. I was cm's away from curb trying to avoid him.

During the split second I was saying their goes my new rims, suspension and front end if I hit the curb. Or should I mad max him and just dent my driver fender and push him back over.

Seriously .. driving in Markham is like defensive driving all the time. I don't know how half the people on the roads here get their license.
Most are tunnel vision, on edge behind the wheel. Too close to the steering wheel or asleep. Or they have ricer cars and minivans that want to race me while I'm going the speed limit here. I never had this issue when I was in Etobicoke.

Sorry enuff of rant.

Happened to me last Thursday, sad part is: I wasn't cm away from hitting the curb, I did hit it

Was at keele and howard park, on the right lane, lady on a minivan on the left lane simply decided to turn right with no turning signal, no checking blindspot, NO FEAR (i give her that ! lol) !

Then I avoided as much as I could, but ended hitting the curb, she tried to runway, I chased her, when I catch up she left the car crying and "yada yada", when I saw it was just a scuff I left her go. My friends said I was too nice, I'm starting to think the same, oh well.

Lawyer in the Porsche behind me did not see the family crossing the street, and I guess he expected me to bolt off, so he accelerated forward and rammed into the rear corner of my car. This was after several seconds of me already stopped. It was bizarre. I just inched forward, stopped, and then BANG! Really sucked. Luckily my car did not launch into the family in front of me crossing the street. I could see the mother giving the Porsche guy death looks after she realized what happened.

Guy in the Porsche jumped out of his car apologizing and recognizing he was at fault. I offered that he could pay for the damages and not go through insurance if he wanted....all I want is my car to be fixed. So he agreed, and my car is currently getting repaired. My rear bumper, carbon diffuser, and quad exhaust tips got ruined.

He better not give you a hard time and better pay up.
He is a lawyer and knows the rules. Your giving him a break.
