Was at the dealer today...

Turns out adjusting the hand brake is not covered by CPO, although it seems that it should be because it's a safety issue???

Car moves forward slightly after hand brake is lifted.

Also my passenger window started making some noise after dent wizard fixed a dent on my passenger door... Not covered by CPO.

I think my dealer just sucks.. BMW North Haven

Gotta love stealerships... Take it to a different dealership and see if they change the answers.

I'm more than sure window regulators are covered under the CPO warranty but I dunno about the E brake. Sometimes this makes you wonder what the hell does the CPO warranty actually covers.

When I bought E46 M3, manager told me that everything is covered under CPO, the only things are not covered are softtop, navigation unit (which they replaced for free anyway), and wear items.

I suppose iDrive might not be covered, but all electrical is. I even had side markers w/water and softtop seals replaced under CPO

Technically, your dealership is right, Brakes Pads & Rotors; Brake shoes & Drums are NOT covered by CPO..Its a parking park, so its not a safety hazard more of an inconvenience..E9x features a "Drum in the Hat" parking brake setup so, adjustment is extremely easy assuming you can jack up your car safely.
