Hello,

Have a 2008 e92 328xi ( stock no drop)
Mags:OEM style 313 19" ( I have no clue on exact measurements of rim, But should be standard ?)

I do not plan on dropping the car.

Max I would go is 15mm but since you are droping it go with 12mm

I have a 08 328i with sport package with 18" OEM 197 wheels and I just picked up 12mm front and 15mm rear. I will be installing them this weekend.

Would I need to get extended lugs for those or can I use my stock ones?

Nope. Stock lugs are good for up to 150mm.

I run 200mm spacers with stock lugs, no problem.
