To mod or not to mod

Well ive had my 06 325i for a couple months now and im goin crazy wanting to do something to it. The problem is unlike the other cars I have owned this one is nice and I dont want to mess it up. Im used to pulling my car in the garage looking at it and have an idea and doing it.

My sitution is do i want to "mod" this car? It would still be a dd so all that would be done is M-Tech front bumper and lip, coils, and wheels. Or I can go ahead and get my project car and start my long journey with it. The project would be a FD (1992-2002 rx7) and I would be doing a built single turbo 2jz.

I guess the real question is should i have a good looking DD or not. The car looks great right now in my opinion but could use some help.

This is how she sits

Garage List
You can do little stuff here and there without spending a fortune on it. You already have tint so you don't need to worry about that. Only other thing I would if my car is new set of wheels, and since it's white I'd throw on a set of black grills. Both of those can be had for less than $1500.

Blacklines for $250, and possibly springs/shocks. I like the look of the 162s personally. You can go for the clean OEM look, while being a little agressive with the lower stance.
