stretch?

hey guys im considering the xxr 521's 18x10 et 25 i was wondering if anyone knew if it would rub with the stock tire 225/40r18/88 or if it would even fit im going for the stretched look thnx

10" et25 doesn't need a 225... you don't run stretched tires just to run stretched tires. You do it when the offset requires undersized tires to clear the fender edge.
You can run 255s no problem on that setup. If you want 225 on 10" you can run like 10" et10 (15mm spacers or something).

yea i plan on going down about 1.75" but will i have to roll the fenders i plan on not putting the spacers but i didnt wanna roll the fenders if i could avoid it

you will need to lower it about 3 inches if you want to run that much stretch and have it not look wierd. or else there will be a big gap...

My rears are stretched and I'm not even dropped yet. It looks great, and I've had nothing but compliments on the set up. I do plan on dropping the car soon, though.

streching tires are completly pointless unless you need it.. i had a 205 on a 9.5 on my dub..streching a 225 on a 10 on our cars are completly pointless unless there are really low offsets and you are pretty low.
