810 is a lot for a 3 series lease...

most people are paying 600-650 for a nicely equipped one...

I'll sell you my wife's used VW Passat Wagon for $100,000 -- unless you cannot afford it. I'd understand, that is a lot of money not everyone can afford that.

You can buy a brand new one with zero miles for less than $810 a month.

I guess i didn't bargain much when i baught the car. It wasn't that important to me i guess...lol... it's not a big deal if i can't get rid of it i'll just turn it back in and eat the 3500 bucks for early termination.

actually it would be LESS than 810 a month....good luck to the original thread started parting with his lease....unless he gives a SIGNIFICANT amount to the person that assumes his lease (2500-3000k) to drop that persons payments...I dont see him getting out of this lease .... plus while the car might be 100 percent maintained I see people being skeptical taking over a modded car

It´s only $3500 to terminate? Is that figure from BMW FS?

I agree. Esp. for a lease, any mods are a disadvantage for 98% of the population.

I guess I don't get much about leases, but isn't the length of the lease just as important as the monthly payment???

I swing my $550/ month payments better. Yea, I will admit that. Of course, I just have a basic sedan.

More like won't. That price is a serious disincentive. You need to provide an incentive for someone to take over a used, modded car.
