Wanting to get into another car at the moment so need to sell this one first.

I am the original owner bought new in Nov 2009 from BMW of Mississauga and can show you all the original paperwork.

CAR: 2010 BMW 335i X-Drive Coupe, Black Sapphire Metallic on Black, Premium Pkg, M-Tech Sport (M bodykit, perforated shifter/brake, anthracite headliner), Audiophile Sound w/USB - basically everything except Nav. Warranty until Nov 2013 or 80k KM.
KM: ~43k KM currently
REASON FOR SELLING: looking to switch out this car for a change
CONDITION: a few small hairline scratches on the rear plastic bumper, and one small ding in the passenger door from a car opening it's door at the office. No Accidents!
EXTERIOR COLOR: Black Sapphire Metallic
INTERIOR COLOR: Black Leather
MAINTENANCE: Only 4 oil changes at RMP since I've got it, never had to take it to the dealer.
MODS: Lots.. BMW Electronic Performance Steering Wheel V2, BMW Performance Exhaust, BMW Performance CF Spoiler, H&R Street Performance Coil Overs, AFE Intake, UUC front and rear XI sway bars, Black Kidney Grills, GP Thunder AE bulbs, de-badged the X-Drive logo from the sides.
WHEELS: Currently shown with 18" Dunlop Winter Sport 3D on OEM Style 193M Rims (not included in the sale). I have a set of Linea Corse Dynas that I just had refinished and powdercoated matte black at Quy's Coating in Brampton, with Hankook V12 275/30 and 235/35 combo. (pictures on Friday)

I don't want to think of the costs of the mods (~$6500 not including LC Dynas) as I've only had the car just over 2 years now and would like to sell the car with them.
