Sorry in advance for the n00b question. But what is the difference between the charge pipe that is included with the ETS intercooler and the one that is sold separately? is it the BOV flange?

Intercoolers include lower charge pipes.

Upper charge pipes are sold separately which house the BOV or DV and connect to throttle body.
