Just put on M5 wheels on 335- should I?

Co-worker had them on his E90 and is returning the car to the dealer. He had sold his stocks, so wanted to trade my 189's for these.
what do you guys think? I need tired for sure since his are shot. They are 40 profile too, so 35's would be in order for less rub.

What are the specs on them? Also, just so I get this straight, your doing an even trade and then buying new tires? Kinda sounds like you're getting screwed.

They do look better than 189s though.

Correct--- he wants my 189 and an even trade.... His tires are due for replacement and wheels have some scuffs.
