335D Strut Brace

Has anyone fitted the engine front strut brace to a 335D coupe from the BMW accessories list.

I would like to know if they have added to the handling, steering feel and roll control to the car.
Not sure the carbon version is worth the expense , but would welcome feedback on any fittings-good or not so

thanks

I bought a strut brace for the E90 and noticed a significant improvement in understeer afterwards when driving very hard (but obviously, not over the limit. As I'm referring to understeer not oversteer :-D )

But I've no experience of them on the E92. It's likely to be similar of course

The factory standard 335i/d brace is garbage and isn't even secured at the inboard end!

I fitted the BMW M3 alloy solid bolted 3-point strut brace and the main difference was a reduction in dashboard creaks over slow bumps (like speed bumps) as it stiffened up the front body.

No real road difference, maybe holds a better line through fast compression corners, i.e. dips etc or braking though corners, certainly no effect on roll control as that is springs / ARBs job.
