I don't think its a scam. I called him earlier and spoke to a nice chap called George Ogenwabi from Birmingham. The car is really bieng shipped via US military as we speak. I gave him my account and sort code as a good will gesture to hold the car for me... I am arranging the rest of the fee's by Western Union, his poor mother is stuck in Lagos.

The PH advert could still be a scam though. They may have just copied the advert details from Autotrader.

I love these adverts, you can always find the real sellers listing on Autotrader, I used to email the real sellers to let them know their pics were being used by a scammer. You'd usually see the scam advert disappear soon after....the best ones though, are the scam websites where everything is super cheap - and they often have the 'Live chat' option. I have spent many an unproductive hour wasting their time with the live chat feature.

Considering that the autotrader advert is over 100 miles from Birmingham and the PH one is in Birmingham it looks like you're right about it being a scam. Me thinks you'll be told to meet in a car park and probably buggered and your money taken.
