These are CREE LED bulbs, not HID and we only have them in 6000k because they look better and a lot brighter than 8000k.

I installed mine last weekend and they really look great. The bulbs are kind of a PITA to get in but install is straightforward and easy. In the dark they look even better, like the picture in the first post. Both rings are lit well and and brighter than stock. In the daylight the outer ring isn't as bright as the inner ring, but that's how it is with the stock AE bulbs. I'm very satisfied with mine, and the customer service was also very good. I couldn't justify spending over twice as much for other bulbs like Lux for essentially the same product.
