Car Wrap Group Buy - DFW

I worked a deal out with a local wrapping shop in the DFW area to get our cars wrapped. They are 3M certified installers.

If we get 5 cars together, he will start wrapping them for $500 a piece. We have to provide the material (I already told him the material will be Oracal 631).

We can order the material from http://www.uscutter.com/ORACAL-631-E...oll-ORS6314850. Just choose your color.

I am ordering King's Blue and Matte Black (If someone is down for splitting the cost on the matte black, pm me, I just need enough to put contrast in the car to wrap the roof)

LET THE CAR WRAP'S BEGIN!

UPDATE 5/4/12 - So I decided I did not want to go the cheaper route and get the Oracal vinyl, and decided to get a quote on the Hexis Vinyl with Air Bubble Release. The whole roll is costing me $685 Shipped with enough vinyl to wrap the roof black. DOES ANYONE WANT TO SPLIT THAT WITH ME?

Roughly, how much will it costs for enough wrap for the entire car?

You just need to buy one box and it will be more than an enough to wrap a car. What color are you thinking?

I just measured and we are around 56" for the hood, but I just messaged this guy ( http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=376442 ) what he did to get it to work, did he cut two pieces or stretch it enough. will clarify that once i get an answer.

Yes sir, as long as we have enough people, they will wrap the car for $500.

the installer said it will take about one day to do each car. So if you get it there early enough than they can it back by the end of the day.

Hmm. Maybe not the BMW, but I'd be interested in this for my track Miata. Always wanted an orange one...

This is good!

I would love to do the whole car at some point, but maybe not right now.

My main interest is wrapping the roof. Can we get a price on what the cost would be to do just the roof?

I'd like to do my interior trim in gloss black (would have to find some gloss black vinyl though). Do you think they could do this?
