key fob

Hi,
Can anyone advise if the key fobs carry unique information, i.e locking/unlocking features/seats position etc etc?
I just got my car and for example with one fob I press to unlock and only the driver door unlocks, i have to press second time for all to open.
The other key fob opens all the first time.
Also when i want to get out one key fob has the doors open the minute i turn off the car and the other keeps them lock.

Is there info on this?

Thank you.

Each key fob does hold unique user settings. Just adjuster to settings as needed while using the key fob that doesn't match your preferences.

It's all in the owner's manual.

The settings can be adjusted to make you quite happy, and it's easy to do. You should read the manual, but if you have the iDrive on your car you almost don't need too...
