Not sure if those fit what you're looking for but there's probably more vinyls out there.

I'm pretty sure that they do have an interior like this. I test drove a 330i like this.

Dynavin D99 windows ce unit. It works great and has been working flawlessly since day 1. The only issue I had was the GPS receiver signal but once i found the right spot for it (under the center channel speaker) the GPS works great! Can't beat an all-in-one unit (Navi, DVD player, Bluetooth, Camera) all for less than $700. You can also save music to an SD card and play songs off of your SD card (avoid burning music to CD's or wasting your phones battery).

Where did it place your heated seat buttons? Thats been the only thing stopping me from diving in on one too. They look fantastic.

I hid them behind the radio since I don't use em but you can get the center trim box cover to retrofit the heated seat trim....or buy the 2011 AC switch that includes the eated seat switch
