Jb4 questions?

I recently bought a jb4. I dont understand the whole deleting codes thing. So when I take it in for warranty I need to delete all codes and take it out. What codes is it that I need to delete and how do I delete them?

First off if you have the USB cable you can hookup your JB4 to the laptop and via the JB4 software you can read the codes and then depending on what they are delete them. Deleting the codes can be done via the steering wheel controls (Menu1 / Option2 - See Chart and instructions below) or via the software by pressing the delete codes button.

IF you are going in for warranty work because of lets ay misfires and you clear the misfire codes and they don't come back before your car gets to the dealer they won't do anything as there won't be any codes.
