Rubbing badly, help

I have e92 lci running on BBS CH and FK452, lowed on kw v1 with half finger gap all around

front: 19x8.5 offset 23 (12mm spacer) 235/35/19 camber -1.0, no rubbing at all
rear: 19x9.5 offset 28 (12mm spacer) 265/30/19 camber -2.5, toe 0.17, rubbing badly

I believe fender rolling will fix rubbing. However I was told I cannot do that since my car has body work done on the passenger side rear quarter panel, rolling rear fender will crack the paint.

my question is will a 10mm spacer fix rubbing, or I have to raise it up

update:
the fenders are rolled, but I don't know why they pulled my fender out a bit.

the end result I am happy, not rubbing and still have space so that I can fit bigger spacers. it just I dont like the pull looking on the outer fender, hopefully I can get used to it

are you rubbing only on dips/bumps? or even on level ground too? depending on your rub, you can swap out to 10mm spacers from the 12 and/or swap out tires to 255 too.

rubbing on dips/bumps and fast turns. I checked it again it is rubbing the place above where quarter panel connecting to rear bumper.

I think I have to either roll that little place (hopefully they could) or move to 10mm spacers.

I'm pretty surprised that your rubbing so bad with that setup.
What's your toe at?

That area is a bitch to deal with, it's where everyone without stretched tires get's their issues.

Toe is at -1.7 the alignment shop says even if I set it to zero it won't help too much.

Thatd be cool if you added a G to your name ...then it can be like long wang. If rolling is not an option just run 245/30 yoko makes them.

I think 245/35 would be better so the front tire isn't taller than the rear

I'm thinking of buying a fender roller to lightly do my fenders in baby steps. I'm gonna roll a tinyy bit each time and see if the rubbing stops just so I can get away with a minimum roll and hopefully end up with minimal/no pulling.

If I do end up buying one your free to swing by and try using it if you would like.

I had my rear quarter panel and bumper replaced then rolled. You can roll it with ruining the paint. You just need a good shop. Try grinding away the area where the rear bumper meets the quarter panel

Go with the 10mm. Or you can push out your quarter panel a few millimeters to give you some extra clearance.

you can run 255/30-19s on your rears. I was rubbing a lot when I had 265/30s and i went with smaller tires

No sorry. Cars in the shop. Don't know how to explain it better. If they take the wheel off they should see where it's rubbing. Fyi i'm lowered with a 275/30/19 tire. Wheel is 9.5 width, offset of 35 w/ 12 mm spacer and camber is -2.5

I ran 19 x 9.5 et21 lowered on H&R Sports with 265/30 tires OEM alignment specs and only had very minor rubbing in the rear over huge bumps or when the car was fully loaded.

New wheels are et20, so I'm gonna have the shop roll them just a bit harder this time.

You might have to drop down to 265's along with the roll.

I'm on H&R Sport springs with exactly the same setup as you with 275 rear and I'm not rubbing at all...
You're not supposed to rub. You're prolly too low lol
