What do you all think? I think I would trade in my 2009 328i coupe for this car if I can get them to $33k. Fair price?

Well my friend just sold his 2011 335xi E92 15k miles; fully loaded for $40k (private sale), so I'm sure you can get these guys down to at least $33k.

Here's the car's wholesale (trade-in) value. This is what the VW dealer probably gave the previous owner on a trade-in. Adding a fair markup for vehicle reconditioning (brakes, tires, etc., if applicable) and the dealer's overhead, G&A and profit and I'd offer $31,000 and be willing to go as high as $33,000 (EXCLUDING YOUR TRADE-IN!!!):

WHOLESALE (Trade-In) APPRAISAL REPORT:

ADDS & DEDUCTS:

SPORT (INCL'S SPORT SEATS) +$800
As Equipped Price: $30,800
Mileage Adjustment: -$425
FINAL GALVES TRADE-IN VALUE: $30,375
