JB4 + Meth or Procede + Meth is the easiest, not necessarily the smartest route for turbo longevity.

If you've got the money, go with the tune of your choice, DP and FMIC.

Def need a tune + intake, but after their you gotta go FBO (Downpipes, FMIC, Upgraded Charge Pipe + DVs/BOVs) or Meth

IMO, you go FBO the power will always be there. You go with Meth, the power only last until the tank empties.

You do not need Meth or E85 to get 400 who. This the cheaper way yes.

full FBO custom tuned will do job

Just curious, but what's the most power you guys have seen pushed to the wheels on a FBO car running
strictly 93 oct. on stock turbos
And no additional factors such a meth/nitrous/race gas.

This is most likely the set-up I want with a custom tune set to custom map on the JB4. I'm hoping the goal of 420+hp/trq is achievable.

Depending on the quality of the 93 (yes, there are different qualities of 93 -- Costco vs Sunoco), you should see 400-420 WHP/420-440 WTQ from a FBO car (No Meth/Nitrous). If you're gonna look to make that kinda of power, make sure you also upgrade your charge pipe & DVs/BOVs (depending on the setup you choose) so you're not leaking boost.

Way ahead of you

I bought a Stett CAI from Jeff and an ER CP/Tial BOV from Mike and will be installing them in the very near future.

I've also bought HP drilled&slotted rotors and ceramic pads to help with braking.

I want to be able to support all the future mods with a sturdy set-up so I can run that power safely and stop safely

The one thin I'm contemplating now is getting an OCC and oil coolers because here in the GTA the temps/humidity get quite high.

Can't wait till everything is on and my firmware for JB4 is upgraded. Car will be a whole new beast

Then next year IC, DP's & some exhaust mods

keep in mind that you need to keep all your dyno pulls on the same dyno. I've seen a couple Cobb stage 2+ cars put 420whp/440wtq on an optomistic dyno.

Cobb stage 2+FMIC aggressive (dp, fmic, and intake) will get you very close if not more than 400+ on a dynojet

Same page, I'm putting an OCC on before I upgrade my FMIC to make sure oil doesn't clog that up or anything else (CP, DVs, etc.).... Cannot wait once everythings installed to go WOT that first time

installed my afe dci intake over the weekend, couldn't believe how much more i could hear the turbos during WOT. cannot wait to get the VRSF dps in now

400WHP is pretty easy. You just need about every bolt on

Tune
Intake
Downpipes
FMIC
Cat back (optional)

If you need any help you can PM and I can go over some options.


Or you can do

Tune Intake Methanol for about 400WHP also.

I dont really discuss race gas options but you can prob get to 400WHP with race gas with less mods but that isn't practical for daily driving.

This is my vote! On a 2007 model year car, make sure it is in good mechanical condition first. If you have over 50,000 miles and the heads have never been cleaned, start with that. Then, make sure you have some fresh spark plugs and potentially even coil packs. From there, a tune (COBB AccessPORT, wink wink), a FMIC, intakes, and exhaust will get you headed in the right direction.
