Dension Gateway 500 - NO SOUND

Hello friends! I'm from Brazil so, sorry about my english... I own a 2007 E90 335i sedan whit professional iDrive, front cd/dvd slot and cdc in trunk. I installed the Dension Gateway Most 500 today but it didn't work out. It reads the ipod/iphone tracks, but no sound is heard, even when you change to cd, dvd, fm. When you switch off, the sound comes again, but now you don't have the ipod/iphone tracks. When you switch on, when the light is blinking, the sounds works, but when the light stop blinking and remains on the sound stops... i have tried all the possible connections but nothing happens...Anyone can help me with this issue? Tks a lot!

check to be sure your Fiber Loop is in the correct order, and that all fiber connections are solid, and aligned.

in the installation manual you'll see where you have to split the fiber loop to include the gateway. Look at installation type 2a if you have a CDC, and installation type 3a if you do not have a CDC

http://www.pac-audio.com/PACProductD...ual_090210.pdf

you will need to pull one side of the fiber harness open to send it to the gateway. Make sure all fiber terminations are aligned correctly, and are not "misfiring".

Tks superjay! I don't know what is correct now because my install manual shows the dip switch like this: 1off 234on and the rest off.... This manual you posted is the last one (recent)? Tks again!

Hi all!
Just one thing: dont't follow Dension manual-install guide.
I follow an other diagram install and everything works.
Tks for fórum support and to BMSilicon

Regards

Im interested in purchasing a Denison iPod integration however I am confused as to which one I need to get. I have a 06 330XI, can you tell me which is the correct model I need to get? I have navigation w/ IDrive however I do not have a cd changer. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
