E90 Intake?

Hey guys. Im having some trouble deciding between intakes. Should I go with the short ram intake or the cold air intake? Which is the better option here. Thanks

Short Ram

Cold Air

Also whats the difference between the first short ram intake and this one?

Changing the intake won't add any power. Save your money.

While it looks nice, $800+ for an intake is ridiculous.

Im not looking for a power gain though (even it would be nice). Im just liking the sound it makes. Of the two originally posted in the first post which one would you guys recommend. Flame me all you want but if I wanted a fast car I would be driving a 335

It's your money do whatever makes you happy.

There are plenty of people on this site who have healthy skepticism about performance-related mods and it's a good balance to some interesting manufacturer claims. They've helped me think twice and it's saved me money.
