Help with spacers

Hey, fellas. I am currently on 18x8 Sparco Assettos (+40mm) on my '06 330i. And I have no idea on what spacers I need to get the flush look. Any info would be appreciated, thanks.

Looks like you already have your fenders rolled

You can probably go with a 10-15mm front and 20-25mm rear. Here is a guide to help you out:

I've also read that anything more than 10mm spacers will put a lot of strain on the bearings. Is this even true? Plus would H&Rs be the way to go?
