Looks like these fit 2007 models (that use H8) they probably didn't list it because the 2007 are known to be picky with errors so they likely want to to test a few before they say it works flawlessly for those years. These should be brighter then most 4 LED options on the market cause from what I've researched the competitors aren't using Cree LED and they dont even mention how much wattage. These look promising. I'm going to see if I can check them out in person.

Got around to installing these last night. I'm not the best photographer so they don't look nearly as good in the pictures as they do in real life. There are of course no errors. I haven't seen the Lux H8s in real life so I'm not sure how these stack up compared to them but IMHO these look fantastic, especially for the price and I think it would be silly to dish out another 200 dollars for MAYBE better results. Here are some pics and a couple of notes about the installation. I'm a complete noob installing angel eyes and in total it only took me about 20 minutes including the time it took to take pictures. It's kind of hard to describe the install so I'm hoping the pictures will clear up any confusion. The install is on an E90 LCI.
Some pics of the box and what you get. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() There are 4 tabs sticking out of the angel eye plug. One tab is recessed a bit compared to the others. Make a note of what side the recessed tab is on the stock H8 bulb relative to the connector in the headlight housing and insert the angel eye plug the same way into the connector in the headlight housing to make sure you don't put it in backwards. Picture showing the recessed tab: ![]() The other side showing the flush tab: ![]() There are 3 tabs on the new bulb that fit into notches cut out in the angel eye bulb housing. One tab is larger than the other 2 so when you're inserting the bulb in the housing be sure to figure out where the larger notch is and line everything up. Pic of the largest tab: ![]() Pic of the notches inside the headlight housing, kind of hard to tell in this pic but the notch towards the bottom of the photo is the largest one: ![]() Here are some random installed pics. It was late afternoon when I took the pictures and in indirect light. I'll try to get some direct sunlight and night time pics soon. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

I got these today and installed them as well.
Original: ![]() After install: ![]() ![]() ![]() Looks good so far, outer rings aren't as bright as they "could be" but that seems to be common among all of the LED products. The inner ring is very bright (I'd guess about 50-60% as bright as the HID low beams). Looks great guys! |
