Glad to see a nearly finalized S/C kit... Things are always going to take longer than we want or even plan for in this industry.. I think it's the amount of work battling with our eagerness. And who are we joking, eagerness always wins out. That's why people mount up wheels with no tires just to see how it will look or why you see some of the less fortunate people running Hondas with unpainted bodykits. I hate to make that comparison, but you know what I mean.

Anyway, looks like I'm going to be waiting for the first AWD guinnea pig as well to see how that turns out.

I imagine this is stage I, do we have any plans for adding an intercooler setup?

Lol yes, but I didn't pull the Dyno graphs because its not where I want it to be until we finalize it next week.

- future plans for adding cooling are in the works for a stage 2 setup. Also meth injection.

I just don't want to put up dynos off a setup that isn't 100% yet, so numbers don't get confused. But as you guys can see, its alive and with me at Bimmerfest right now to check out

HA you call n54's unreliable and laugh driving an n52 im assuming, while n54 owners like me bask in the glory of 400whp for $2000 in mods and $0 spent on repairs or extra maintenance over 4 years.

on the other hand, glad to see someone finally doing this! Guess all you needed was to see the first n54 single turbo completed as a little encouragement!

LOL @ this guy. On the NA section with hurt feelings at what someone said. Can you go back to your "I eat M3s" FI section..

Anyway OP you have a lot to prove to us NA guys with this, but I'm happy you got it off the ground.

Pretty awesome! Would never go through the hassle of slapping this on my 330i though; just not worth the potential (and imminent) headache. I'm good with my PE for now! lol

It really is. You can read up all you want about how to please a woman, you can look at all the diagrams in the world, but just like the clitoris, you won't know what the hell an apex is before you actually find it.

His initial post clearly said otherwise. "320-350rwhp with headers and final tuning"

Not even close. All said and done it will be in the 320-350 area to the tire

It wont be necessary to do, If I ever push it past the 400 mark, then I will have to look in to it, but as it is now we want a safe and simple kit with great power, and minimal cost to the end user.

Sure did, but i did have to leave before it ended so I could do some shooting. I have a bunch of images to edit and put up and daytime shots, might even have a few good rolling shots too.

Video #2 that I posted shows the real comparison because we are both shifting at 5k, the S/C walks away with ease at that point.

And that is still with 250rwhp at ~5000rpm? I imagine the final product will be significantly faster.

Question, why the concern with awd? The front differential? Isn't it the same as the 335xi front diff? Sorry, haven't checked part numbers yet.

I'd really like to see some daylight engine bay shots if you have some ready. Also, if you are feeling super generous, any intake drawings or designs to share? The way you have the shorter hard tube going to the flexible tube, will that remain? I like the shorter hard tube in case I pickup a kit, I can run a custom setup to utilize the greater amount of space in my X3.
