I'm feeling a bit annoyed actually.

Just fitted some new LED GU10 spotlights in my en-suite to replace the forever-blowing halogens. Despite the eBay listing claiming they're of 50w equivalent brightness, they're noticeably dimmer. Anyone recommend some bright LED GU10's???

On a more positive note, I'm off to the X-Factor final tomorrow evening. Only I don't watch (and have little interest in) the X-Factor

....but it should be a good experience anyway, especially as I'm apparently a 'VIP'

with entry to some after-party too

Had a lovely day playing Daddy Daycare! Wife met a friend in Manchester for lunch (Jamie Oliver's place) so day to myself with the kids. Nice to do every know & then. They love it as they can wear what the fuck they want as Daddy doesn't give a shit - my wifes face when she returned was brilliant. "They went out looking like that" - yup!!

Andrew, you got chance to grab a coffee before mate, we need to catch-up anyway don't we?? It's in Manchester isn't it?

After 27 hours I have jut arrived in koh samui, Thailand. Sitting on my balcony at 1 am checking the forums. 30 degrees beats london weather right now!!!

Spot on....thanks for that link! Just what I'm looking for. They're 3x the price I paid on eBay but I guess that sort of answers why the ones I bought are so shit!

No, I haven't got a clue who's playing...part of my job is managing a relationship between my employer and the company that sponsors X Factor - I guess they're happy with what I've done!

Palmnuts these are what you want , I have bought loads of these. SMD type 6w each and very very bright. http://www.brightlightz.co.uk/ day white or warm white. Also they do Cree type which is the brightest LED available..

No worries any time. The stuff they sell is expensive but the item you get is just awesome.
I will upload some pictures of what we got off them, if you want to see how some of there stuff looks. I had to ask my dad about the place lol.

Ive just replaced 40 bulbs in my house with megaman modo gu10 warm white - perfect
