I'm liking what Terry did to the 5/19 Alpha Map 3 methanol firmware too

The CTS-V could also have been heat-soaked, thats something I've always considered vs. running with other cars because of methanol injection. Good run nonetheless

I don't think GM makes good slushbox at all, Only GM tranny used in BMW is 32X models and maybe 52X models.

feel free to run mine, but your gonna need ALOT more than just fbo + meth....actually i dont think a single turbo would even help....ive got a whipple supercharger displacing the same amount as your block on top of my 6.2

What kind of 1/4 mile passes? 60-130 times?

cam, headers, full exhaust, intake, 2.9L whipple, heat exchanger, rods, springs, C5R timing chain, ID850 injectors....lingenfelter heads will be next before i build the motor

about 725whp 700wtq...the guy in the vid is doing ~740whp 730wtq and isnt even spinning his whipple super hard yet

The price difference is close enough to justify the purchase of a GTR. I would probably get it used anyway

great tuning + 2800 stall converter + mickey thompsons = great launch at over 700whp...this guy can cut 1.6 60fts all day

they sound so vicious....even when I ran the stock ctsv, i could barely hear my engine or my catless exhaust. Same with the C63. Their sound just overpowers our n54s

yea they are pretty beastly....fwiw i came from a FBO e93 with EPL turbos and this thing just blew my mind when i drove it....its like having the handling of an M3 with the brute force of the c63 all rolled up into one
