With tune on, during WOT I get a flashing CEL and engines power is cut and car is louder for few minutes then fine.

Codes are random. I sometimes get misfire cyl 2&3. Then that goes away and I get misfires cyl 4,5&6.

I replaced all spark plugs and injectors and coils on cyl 2&3 it's been 8 months.

Now it's either coils, injectors and/or spark plugs again.
Or maybe O2 sensors??
Or intake valves??
Or vanos solenoids??

Other symptoms are slight jerking while on low throttle cruising.
No problems with cold starts so fuel pump ok.

Went to dealer and misfires weren't showing on codes.

Um, what were the codes? And from what you said above, it seems like you only changed plugs, coils, and injectors on 2&3... did you not change plugs on all cylinders? That might be the first place to start.

Codes were misfires on cyl 2&3 one day. And then The next time I had limp mode it said misfires on cyl 4,5&6 also on multiple cylinders.

ALL plugs were changed

Change all coil packs first, then change all plugs and change all injectors.

Ya to change everything would be the ideal thing. Is there a way to tell if spark plugs are finished?? What about coils and injectors?? Talking visually not just switching them around...

Not really, misfires are a PITA but I would do what I said first. If you install them and it doesn't change take them back to BMW.

Its never really a bad thing to put new Coilpacks and Plugs in.
